Beginners Pro Wrestling Course – Starting January 6th, 2026

December 24, 2025   Pro Wrestling Training

Every pro wrestler starts in the same place.
At the beginning.

The Santino Bros Wrestling Academy Beginners Course begins January 6th, 2026, and this is where foundations are built the right way – with structure, discipline, and respect for the craft.

This program is designed for individuals with little to no prior wrestling experience who are serious about learning professional wrestling the correct way. No shortcuts. No skipping steps. No fantasy training.

You will be challenged physically, mentally, and emotionally.
That’s the point.

WHAT THE BEGINNERS COURSE IS

The Beginners Course focuses on building the fundamentals every professional wrestler must have:

  • Conditioning and physical preparedness
  • Basic footwork, movement, and balance
  • Rope running, rolls, and bumps
  • Ring awareness and safety
  • Discipline, accountability, and respect for the ring
  • Understanding what it truly takes to pursue pro wrestling

This is not a hobby class.
It is the foundation of a system that has produced wrestlers competing around the world.

WHAT THIS COURSE IS NOT

This is not:

  • A gym membership
  • A weekend crash course
  • A guarantee of stardom

Progress is earned through effort, consistency, and coachability.
Everyone starts at the same level. Not everyone moves forward.

STRUCTURE MATTERS

At Santino Bros, training follows a clear progression:
Beginners → Intermediate → Advanced → Semi-Pro

No one skips steps.
No one is rushed.
No one is handed anything.

This structure exists to protect the wrestlers, the ring, and the integrity of professional wrestling.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This course is for individuals who:

  • Are serious about learning pro wrestling properly
  • Are willing to work when it gets uncomfortable
  • Respect the process and the people around them
  • Understand that growth takes time

If you are looking for easy, this is not for you.
If you are looking for real, you’re in the right place.
