Travel Fee Policy

Included in base pricing:
Events within 50 miles of 90201 (Bell Gardens, CA)

Outside 50 miles:

• $3.00 per mile (round trip) for crew & ring truck
• Lodging and meals may be required for long-distance bookings (case-by-case)

Example:

• Event 80 miles away = 30 additional miles × $3 = $90 (x round trip = $180 travel fee)
• For overnight bookings: Add hotel accommodations for 2 rooms (crew + talent)
