Refund Policy

All refund requests MUST be received in writing via email or letter.  Text’s, Phone calls, Voicemails, & Social Media Messages will not be accepted. 

You will receive a REFUND less $300 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made before the first day of training. ONCE THE TRAINING CLASS HAS BEGUN THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.  This policy will be strictly enforced.

Refunds will be processed according to form of payment. (If camp fees were paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed as a credit to the same card. If camp fees were paid by check, cash or money order, a check made payable to the original remitter will be mailed.)
