Santino Bros. Wrestling Championship Match
The Brian Kendrick (C) vs The RockSuperstar Joey kAos

On October 10th, its about more than just the Santino Bros Championship, its about legacy. Kaos and Kendrick are responsible for some of the best matches in the history of Southern California. Now, they square off in what could be the match of 2015.

Slice bread #2 is the iconic move that links both men.  Joey Kaos was working with XPW at the time, and had the chance to work the legendary Tracy Smothers. In the match, Kaos executed the now famous Sliced Bread #2, and Smothers was so impressed with the unique maneuver that he passed it on to his then student Brian Kendrick, who was working in the WWE developmental territory. The rest is history, as anyone who follows Brian’s career knows his famous finishing move.

Fans will now have the priveledge of seeing these two collide. Brian Kendrick and Joey Kaos have spent the better part of two decades dedicated to keeping the dream alive. Now they will go toe to toe for the first time ever for the right to call themselves champion. These two warriors are winding down as active competitors, and in a territory where matchups have grown stale, this is possibly your last chance to see a truly once in a generation match. This dream match pits machine versus mustache, and these guys are no joke! Joey Ryan is a certified international star, piling up frequent flyer miles wrestling all over the world, recently in Japan. “The Machine” Brian Cage is a full fledged, card carrying beast! Cage has recently been seen at Lucha Underground and Triple A in Mexico City terrorizing Luchadors and generally anyone in his path. Both have competed at PWG, both have competed all over the world, andOctober 10th, they will be competing against each other for the benefit of our viewing audience!

 

 

Tag Team Mayhem!
Los Luchas vs Los Bandidos

Los Luchas are quite possibly the best tag team that the world of Lucha Libre has to offer, but on October 10th, they are running into some Bad Dudes! The Bandidos have defeated some of the best on the scene, and they are no stranger to Zokre and Phoenix Star’s high flying attacks. The size and strength of Tito and Rico tends to neutralize the aerial game, as one wrong move often spells the end. Finesse meats brute force in this tag team contest, and there will be so much action, you won’t want to blink!

 

 

 

Intergender Tag Team Madness
Ruby Raze and Tyler Bateman vs Hudson Envy and Brody King

This intergender tag match features a team of unlimited violence, and one that features a rising star in Santino Bros and a current international star returning from the land of the rising sun! Tyler Bateman’s award winning brand of violence is well documented, and his partner in crime for this match. Ruby Raze, has been spreading a pretty nasty brand of her own! It’s hard to imagine a team that can stand up to this formidable duo, but Brody King and Hudson Envy are that team! Brody King has been smashing skulls since his debut, and Hudson Envy is bringing an international pedigree back from Japan. Every participant in this match has an insatiable desire to inflict pain, and you can bet that this battle of the sexes will not be a match made in heaven!

 

Triple Threat Match
B-Boy vs Famous B vs Eli Everfly

Past, Present, and Future collide in this marquee busting triple threat match! BBoy has been the gold standard and the lead banner-man for the wrestling scene in Southern California for the past 15 years. Still at the top of his game, just last year, he turned back the clock and won match of the year with Joey Kaos and was runner up for wrestler of the year. His opponents are two men vying for his throne. First up is the man many believe is the finest product of the Santino Bros Wrestling Academy, BBoy’s Lucha Underground co-star, Famous B. B has been at the top of everyone’s best in SoCal list for years. From fans to peers, it’s safe to say that everybody knows Famous B, and he is widely respected for his ability and dedication to his craft. Last but not least, the magnificent Eli Everfly has been nothing short of that in 2015, blowing off roofs and opening eyes as well as ears with his unbelievable aerial assault and nearly undefeatable will to compete. These men are all competitors for wrestler of the year, and this is one of several matches that could not only steal the show, it could steal the whole year!

Robby Phoenix vs Douglas James

Douglas James is the latest product of the wrestling machine that is the Santino Bros dojo. As head trainer, Robby Phoenix is a vital cog in that very same Santino machine. James has been turning heads all over Southern California and beyond with his superior athletic ability, and with his background in Jiu Jitsu, Doug brings a formidable challenge on the ground. Robby is no stranger to the ground himself, and some might say he taught Douglas James everything he knows. Can the upstart student get an upset victory over his trainer in South Gate? Or will the grizzled veteran have a few tricks up his sleeve that he didn’t teach the kid?

 

 

Russian Chain Match
Che Cabrera vs Sasha Darevko

It seems like not that long ago, Che Cabrera and Sasha Darevko were striking fear in the hearts of tag teams everywhere during their reign of terror as The Revolution. Foreign relations have broken down, however, and now we find ourselves on the verge of an all out war! The Revolution dissolved following Sasha’s cowardly attack on a defenseless Che, and The Cuban Missile Crisis has been on a mission of revenge ever since! Earlier this month, Che had a chance to exact that revenge, but Sasha bailed on the match and took a countout loss just as Che was ready to finish it off. However, that option is no longer on the table for the Russian SuperTsar, because this time Che will be attached by a 20 foot chain! You heard correctly, on October 10th in South Gate, Russia and Cuba collide in the always sadistic Russian Chain match, and bad blood will be spilled!

 

The Study Buddies vs Alpha Santino 

The final match announced for the October 10th is a tag team bout featuring a debuting duo and everyone’s favorite wrestling nerds! Chaz and Darwin, also known as The Study Buddies, have been establishing themselves as Santino Bros resident smart guys for quite some time. Their antics, while unorthodox, have led to a fair share of victories, including the match that led to the end of The Revolution. Now they take on a pair of students set to make their debut! “The Party Captain” Guy Cool is one smooth sailor, and he’s here to steal the show and a few numbers from the ladies! His tag partner Heather Monroe has the last name of a Hollywood starlet, and the looks to match! Does she have the moves in the ring? Can she coexist with The Captain and foil The Study Buddies?
